Draft 5 Agenda Buenos Aires meeting (as of 25 September)

Please Submit Short Issues Papers for projects prior to the meeting

In preparing for the SCAGI meeting in Buenos Aires, would project leaders assist the chair in the running of the meeting by sending him a one page summary of what they will be presenting at least three weeks prior to the meeting (no later than Friday 14 September). The summaries will assist in the efficient running of the meeting, inform those not able to attend the meeting on progress, raise questions and sharpen our focus before we get to the meeting. The summaries will be posted here for distribution.

Full Project Reports

To make the proceedings at the meeting in Buenos Aires more efficient would project leaders ensure that they have reports on progress of their projects prepared for tabling at the meeting, preferably in digital format. This will save considerable time.

If digital copies are not possible, then hard copy reports, printed on one side of the page are acceptable as these could be scanned for lodgement on the SC-AGI web site in PDF format.
